About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement robust business process management (BPM) and case management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and configuring Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform (Pega PRPC).
- Configure and customize Pega rules and components to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Pega development with a strong understanding of BPM and case management.
- Proficiency in Pega PRPC, including rules, flows, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Pega development or related fields.
