About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Pega Developer/Lead with a strong technical background in Pega development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and be Pega CSSA certified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement rules and low-level designs in Pega applications.
- Integrate Pega systems with external applications using SOAP, XML, Java, and SQL.
- Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails and best practices throughout the development process.
- Collaborate effectively within Agile project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in rule implementation and low-level design.
- Proficient in integrations using SOAP, XML, Java, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience: 4-6 years in Pega development.
