The team is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega development and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Pega process flows and activities.
- Develop and maintain user interface elements and reporting features.
- Utilize decision management techniques effectively within Pega applications.
- Manage integrations using SOAP, HTTP connectors, and services.
- Configure listeners, batch processes, and agents to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega development and maintain documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory certifications: Certified System Architect (CSA) and Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Optional: Certified Pega Business Analyst (CUIS).
- Strong understanding of Pega platform and its various components.
- Experience with integration techniques and decision management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode and adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience:
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Pega development.
