The team is seeking a Pega Decisioning Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for specifying, designing, and configuring decision management strategies that drive business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in supporting the definition and assessment of next-best-action (NBA) strategy requirements and performing impact analysis on new requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specify, design, and configure decision management strategies.
- Support the definition and assessment of next-best-action strategy requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis on new requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Implement content and rules into NBA strategies.
- Support testing, quality assurance, and business simulation processes.
- Assist in NBA reporting, monitoring, and control activities.
- Manage the Proposition/Offer matrix effectively.
- Design and manage adaptive and predictive models.
- Responsible for the development and enhancement of decisioning capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Pega Decisioning and related tools.
- Proficient in decision management strategies and next-best-action methodologies.
- Experience in impact analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of adaptive and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Pega Decisioning or similar roles.
