About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Pega CDH Developer/Lead with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing Pega CDH solutions, ensuring seamless system performance, and troubleshooting production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Pega CDH solutions tailored to client needs.
- Integrate Pega CDH with existing systems and APIs.
- Optimize performance and ensure the reliability of Pega applications.
- Monitor production environments and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities.
- Utilize debugging techniques to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Proficiency in Pega platform administration and API integration.
- Familiarity with production monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in Pega CDH development.
