The team is seeking a Payer Enrollment Specialist to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring that providers are enrolled with payers efficiently and accurately, facilitating seamless billing and reimbursement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare payer enrollment processes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the enrollment process for new providers with various payers.
- Ensure compliance with all payer requirements and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of provider enrollment status and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any enrollment issues.
- Provide support and training to staff regarding payer enrollment procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in payer enrollment or related healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
