About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Package Consultant – ServiceNow with a deep specialization in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to drive enterprise-level transformation. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between IT operations, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITAM and ITOM.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide guidance and best practices on ServiceNow modules and configurations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications in ServiceNow are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow consulting or related roles.
