About this role
We are seeking a Package Consultant – ServiceNow with a strong quality engineering background to drive quality assurance and automated testing across our ServiceNow enterprise ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules, along with a solid understanding of quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality assurance efforts for ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ITAM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Implement automated testing solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and testing, specifically within the ServiceNow platform.
