Role Overview
As a Package Consultant for SAP IS Banking, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying financial architecture solutions, with a deep focus on SAP Bank Analyzer (sAFI) and Financial Products Subledger (FPSL). Operating full-time on-site in Chennai/Bangalore, you will bridge analytical banking models with operational core banking systems, ensuring seamless general ledger integration, accurate financial accounting, and robust system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using SAP IS Banking, specifically focusing on sAFI and FPSL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct testing and validation of financial solutions to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Train and mentor junior consultants and client staff on SAP IS Banking functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP IS Banking, with a strong emphasis on sAFI and FPSL.
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and integration with core banking systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to design complex financial models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
