About this role
Role Overview
As an IN Package Consultant specializing in Oracle SCM Cloud, you will serve as an L2 operational support specialist driving day-to-day sustainment for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). Operating full-time on-site in Bangalore, you will ensure seamless logistics operations through proactive system monitoring, rapid incident resolution, and ongoing collaboration with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for Oracle Transportation Management, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of the OTM system.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Oracle SCM Cloud, specifically Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
- Proficiency in system monitoring and incident management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management is highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM Cloud support and logistics operations.
