About this role
The team is seeking a P2P L2 Support Expert specializing in Oracle ERP to provide Level 2 techno-functional support for assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. This role requires a strong understanding of related business processes, integrations, reporting solutions, and connected applications. Based in Bangalore, you will be part of the ERP Ecosystem Run Delivery Manager’s team and contribute to the global Oracle Competence Center, focusing on operational excellence and service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and integrations.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions to support business needs.
- Participate in knowledge management initiatives to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Assist in the identification and implementation of service improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, particularly in P2P processes.
- Proficiency in techno-functional support and understanding of ERP systems.
- Experience with integrations and reporting solutions in an Oracle environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP support and development.
