As a Staff II – Outsourced IT Technical Consultant, you will work alongside a dynamic team to support the IT infrastructure and service needs of the team. You will provide remote IT support, assist in the administration of cloud services, and contribute to the planning and deployment of technology projects. This role is designed for professionals ready to build on foundational experience in IT support and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote helpdesk and desktop support to clients.
- Assist in the administration and management of cloud services.
- Collaborate with team members on technology project planning and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and client interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or technical consulting.
- Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
