About this role
The team is seeking a proven OT Cybersecurity Solution Architect to lead Grid Automation efforts in the India region. This role combines extensive technical knowledge with customer engagement, supporting the full cybersecurity lifecycle, from pre-sales demos and tenders to solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for operational technology (OT) environments.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and tenders, to showcase the value of our cybersecurity offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in industrial and utility settings.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in cybersecurity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity, particularly in industrial and utility environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in solution design and hands-on implementation of cybersecurity measures.
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in OT cybersecurity and solution architecture.
