About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M Technical Lead with a strong background in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM, and OUAF. This is a techno-functional leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor the development team while also engaging in hands-on development, solution design, and complex technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Utilities C2M solutions.
- Mentor and guide the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Engage in hands-on development and coding as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B, MDM, and OUAF.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within IT projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 13-15 years of IT experience, with significant experience in Oracle Utilities technologies.
