About this role
The team is seeking experienced Oracle Retail Cloud Functional and Techno-Functional Consultants to support large-scale Oracle Retail implementation, upgrade, and support initiatives. This is a 6-month contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement Oracle Retail Cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide functional and techno-functional expertise during project phases.
- Support system upgrades and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Retail applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Retail Cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and best practices.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Retail Cloud implementations and support.
