About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle MDM Analyst with a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will possess a techno-functional mindset and demonstrate robust PL/SQL development skills. This role involves supporting enterprise-wide master data initiatives and requires expertise in Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH). Experience in enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze master data requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions using Oracle EBS and Oracle PDH to enhance data management processes.
- Monitor and maintain data quality standards across the organization.
- Provide technical support and guidance on MDM best practices and tools.
- Conduct data profiling and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the integration of master data across various systems and applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Proficient in PL/SQL development and data modeling.
- Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH).
- Knowledge of enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle MDM or similar roles.
