About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a focus on Reports to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record in implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute at least 2 implementation projects related to Oracle HCM.
- Develop and manage reports using BIP, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Create and maintain Bank Payment Files, Bursting, and Templates including Excel, RTF, eText, and XSLT.
- Collaborate on Data Conversions, Personalizations, webServices, and Roles & Security configurations.
- Provide functional support and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Absence, OLM, and Compensation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Reports and related technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM functional areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical consulting, with at least 2 implementation projects completed.
