About this role
The team is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM implementations and be proficient in various modules and technical components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in at least 2 implementation projects for Oracle HCM.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Benefits, Payroll, Core HR, and Compensation modules.
- Create and manage BIP Reports, SQL, and PLSQL scripts.
- Provide support for Personalizations, web services, Roles & Security within Oracle HCM.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Absence, OLM, and Compensation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Payroll.
- Proficient in SQL and PLSQL with a solid understanding of reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM modules is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical consulting.
