About this role
The team is seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Technical Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in various reporting and data extraction tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI Reports, OTBI Reports, and data extracts.
- Work on Core HR, Benefits, and OTL modules to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and build technical solutions.
- Document processes and conduct thorough testing of developed solutions.
- Utilize strong knowledge of Oracle HCM technical objects, including Data Conversions and Fast Formulas.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical consulting.
- Proficient in BI Reports, OTBI Reports, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of Core HR, Benefits, and OTL.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver documentation.
