About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM systems, ensuring smooth operations and effective reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics.
- Manage integrations using OIC and Enterprise Integration Hub.
- Collaborate functionally and technically with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
- Provide L2/L3 support for various modules including R2R, P2P, O2C, and OTL.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proficiency in at least one or more of the following modules: R2R (GL, FA, SLA), P2P (PO, AP, Supplier Management), O2C (AR, Billing, Receivables), OTL.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM support.
