About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion S2P/P2P Functional Lead Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications, specifically focusing on the Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design sessions and gather business requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet business needs and ensure best practices are followed.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams during implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct user training and develop documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to S2P and P2P processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion S2P/P2P modules.
- Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle applications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementations, with a focus on S2P and P2P processes.
