The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring that the systems meet the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality deliverables.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Experience with data migration and integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
