The team is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting Cloud Functional – Principal Consultant/Deputy Manager to join their team based in Noida. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that address real-world energy challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective recruitment processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in HCM and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HCM Recruiting Cloud functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Oracle Cloud applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting Cloud.
- Proven experience in functional consulting with a focus on recruitment solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM implementations, particularly in recruitment modules.
