About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in ORC and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and will play a key role in aligning client needs with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions.
- Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit and gaps.
- Provide guidance on best practices and solutions to enhance client operations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, specifically ORC and Core HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in leading client engagements and managing stakeholder expectations.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
