The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join their expanding team in Hyderabad. This role is essential for helping organizations streamline HR operations and achieve workforce transformation through Oracle Fusion HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design effective HR processes.
- Provide functional expertise and support during the testing and deployment phases.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM modules.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM are a plus.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM consulting or a related field.
