About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant to join their team on a contract basis. This role is primarily remote but requires availability for night shifts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll, with a focus on payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, testing, validation, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll solutions.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll processing.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of payroll processes.
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for payroll issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in developing Fast Formulas and payroll configurations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.
