About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead to own the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM) workstream for a greenfield Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role is critical for a fast-growing client, and it involves working in a remote-first model based in Mexico or Brazil.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and facilitating business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders to capture requirements for the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
- Owning end-to-end functional configuration of Oracle Fusion modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement, with a focus on the Indirect Procurement value stream.
- Configuring and maintaining the Oracle article/item master setup according to fashion and apparel industry best practices.
- Supporting the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of master and historical data from the team legacy ERP into Oracle Fusion.
- Designing integrations connecting Oracle Fusion to e-commerce platforms like Shopify and warehouse management systems for logistics operations.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Order Management, and Indirect Procurement processes.
- Excellent business English communication skills, both spoken and written, for effective engagement with client stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting discovery and design workshops.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and integration design.
Experience required for this role is 5-8 years in Oracle Fusion implementations or related fields.
