About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting on Oracle Field Service engagements, including implementations and upgrades. You will engage with clients to lead workshops aimed at defining business requirements and will work on both inbound and outbound connections to Oracle Fusion Service B2B and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult on Oracle Field Service engagements, focusing on implementation and upgrade processes.
- Engage with clients and lead workshops to gather and define business requirements.
- Configure work skills, work conditions, properties, and message scenarios.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in configuring routing profiles.
- Configure and debug plugin issues as they arise.
- Develop testing scenarios and test scripts, leading teams in unit and integration testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Service B2B and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and define business requirements effectively.
- Experience in configuring routing profiles and debugging plugin issues.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud consulting or related roles.
