About this role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) professional to join a growing EPM practice as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering functional and technical solutions on moderate-to-complex FCCS engagements, with strong exposure to end-to-end Financial Consolidation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle FCCS solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and configure FCCS applications to meet client needs.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle FCCS or related EPM solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and reporting.
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications and related tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
