About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Oracle DBA Consultant with a strong background in Oracle EBS R12.x and Oracle Database administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Oracle EBS R12.x and Oracle Database environments.
- Perform database management tasks including patching, cloning, backup/recovery, and performance tuning.
- Monitor database performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with development teams to support database-related projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database 11g / 12c.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.x is essential.
- Proficient in database backup and recovery techniques.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Oracle database administration and EBS.
