The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator L2 to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Oracle databases with a focus on installation, configuration, and patching, ensuring optimal database performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Oracle databases ensuring stability and security.
- Monitor and tune performance including indexing and execution plans.
- Control access and implement database auditing for compliance.
- Ensure database performance and troubleshoot optimization issues.
- Implement secure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage high availability using clustering and replication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle database administration.
- Proficiency in database performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with clustering and replication technologies.
- Ability to implement security measures and database auditing.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle database administration.
