About this role
The team is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer (OCI) to build, manage, automate, and support enterprise cloud infrastructure environments. This role primarily focuses on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and involves various activities including provisioning, operations, automation, security, monitoring, and migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure resources.
- Automate deployment and management processes using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and security compliance.
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.
- Conduct migration activities to transition workloads to OCI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services.
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container management.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering and operations.
