About this role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with a focus on both Canadian and U.S. payroll requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to meet client-specific needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Conduct training sessions for client staff on payroll processes and system usage.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and Oracle Cloud updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. payroll regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll consulting.
