The team is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Cloud technical solutions and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BI Reports, OTBI Reports, and Extracts.
- Create and manage Fast Formulas in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Provide technical expertise in Core HR, Benefits, and OTL modules.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct thorough documentation and testing of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong technical experience with OTBI Reports and Core HR functionalities.
- Proficiency in OTL and Fast Formulas.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
