The team is seeking an Operations MIS - Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and report operational data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on extracting and transforming data, creating operational dashboards, tracking key performance metrics, and automating recurring reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of operational metrics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or operations role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
