About this role
The team is seeking an experienced OM Developer to design and implement telecom order management workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPMN/BPM platforms and will be responsible for developing and configuring complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement telecom order management workflows using BPMN/BPM platforms.
- Develop and configure complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems.
- Build and enhance workflow-based applications supporting complete order lifecycle management.
- Configure order flows involving validation, decomposition, orchestration, and execution.
- Integrate OM systems with CRM, catalog, provisioning, and other downstream systems.
- Develop and manage REST APIs and middleware integrations to support order management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in BPMN/BPM platforms and order management systems.
- Strong experience in developing REST APIs and middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards and practices.
- Familiarity with CRM, catalog, and provisioning systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in order management development and integration.
