About this role
The team is seeking an experienced OKTA Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing OKTA workflows to enhance identity and access management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new and updated workflows to support Core Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes.
- Support application integration with OKTA, utilizing technologies such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC.
- Implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions with OKTA to ensure secure access to applications, systems, and data for authorized users.
- Manage entitlements and role management within the OKTA ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of OKTA solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with OKTA workflows and implementations.
- Strong understanding of identity access management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with integration standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and RBAC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-9 years of relevant experience in OKTA consulting and identity access management.
