About this role
The team is seeking an experienced OIM Developer to engage and contribute to their Identity & Access Management projects. In this role, you will work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibilities, providing support, and maintaining communication with senior team members regarding project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute engagement requirements and review work completed by junior team members.
- Help prepare reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
- Build strong internal relationships to foster collaboration and support.
- Participate in project planning and contribute to the overall project strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Strong understanding of OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in preparing client reports and documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in IAM and OIM development.
