The team is seeking an Observability Expert to join their Digital and Tech Team. This role is crucial in driving innovation and enhancing the observability of their systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in observability platforms, particularly with Dynatrace, and will work in a hybrid environment based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain observability solutions using Dynatrace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within the observability platform.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into system health and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in observability and monitoring.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Dynatrace and other observability tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments and microservices architecture.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in observability or related fields.
