About this role
The team is seeking an experienced O2C L2 Support Expert with a strong focus on Oracle ERP. The successful candidate will provide Level 2 techno-functional support for assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, leveraging their deep understanding of related business processes, integrations, reporting solutions, and connected applications. This role is based in Bangalore and is part of the ERP Ecosystem Run Delivery Manager’s team, contributing to the global Oracle Competence Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, ensuring smooth operation and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and integrations.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in knowledge management initiatives and contribute to service improvement projects.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in Oracle ERP functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, particularly in Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proficient in techno-functional support and understanding of ERP systems.
- Experience with integrations and reporting solutions related to Oracle ERP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP support and development.
