About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure applications and data align with current and future security standards. You will work closely with both Business and Technology leadership to make informed recommendations on security practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations to leadership for aligning infrastructure applications and data with security standards.
- Assist with governance, risk, and compliance for SOC II and NIST audits across all systems.
- Collaborate with internal audit staff to conduct regular tests and prepare reports.
- Mentor junior security analysts on best practices in security and Envoy policies and procedures.
- Support the overall security strategy and initiatives of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
- Experience with SOC II and NIST compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in information security, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
