About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Node.js Specialist to lead the design, development, execution, and operations of their application back-end. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical project requirements and will be responsible for structuring the complete back-end of the application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the database to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Structure API endpoints of the application, write detailed API specifications, and maintain comprehensive API documentation.
- Guide back-end developers in their development processes and promote best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and issues that may arise during daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the application.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Node.js and related frameworks.
- Proficient in database design and management.
- Familiarity with API development and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in back-end development, specifically with Node.js.
