About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Node.JS Backend Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translating them into effective code. You will provide support until the deployment of code into production and find optimal solutions for various problem statements. Additionally, you will conduct peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ongoing support during the deployment process.
- Identify and implement optimal solutions for technical challenges.
- Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Node.js and its frameworks.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks.
- Familiarity with server-side templating languages.
- Good knowledge of server-side CSS preprocessors.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in backend development using Node.js.
