About this role
The team is seeking a skilled NOC Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations and production support, with a focus on cloud technologies. This position requires working night shifts from 11:15 PM to 7:15 AM EST, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage network operations for 24/7 support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure for operational support.
- Employ AppDynamics or similar APM platforms to ensure application performance.
- Use Splunk or similar log-management tools for effective monitoring and analysis.
- Implement SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring solutions.
- Collaborate with teams using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of experience in NOC operations or related fields.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics.
- Familiarity with log-management platforms such as Splunk.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
