About this role
The team is seeking a Network Security-L2 Engineer with expertise in Fortinet technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the team' IT networks. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to enhance their network security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network security systems, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network security issues in a timely manner.
- Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard client data.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall network performance and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Fortinet products and technologies.
- Proficient in network security protocols and best practices.
- Familiarity with firewall configurations, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in network security or a related field.
