About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT networking best practices and enterprise network architecture, with a focus on providing advanced support in network and firewall environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 and L3 support for network and firewall issues.
- Manage and optimize LAN, WAN, and Cloud Infrastructure, specifically with AWS and Azure.
- Implement and maintain VPC Security Groups, NAT, Direct Connect, and VPC Peering.
- Utilize network monitoring tools to troubleshoot performance issues effectively.
- Design network solutions and create comprehensive documentation for implemented systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Fortinet network security solutions.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture and IT networking best practices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in network security engineering or a related field.
