The team is seeking a Network Security Advisor_ISE to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role is ideal for a seasoned subject matter expert who is passionate about network security and eager to mentor others. The Network Security Advisor will play a crucial role in facilitating problem resolution and ensuring the security of network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on network security protocols and best practices.
- Mentor and support team members in resolving complex security issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to advise on improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in network security, with a strong understanding of security frameworks and methodologies.
- Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network security or a related field is required.
