The team is seeking a skilled Network Engineer II to join their technology team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of network systems that support healthcare revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure and a passion for enhancing technology solutions in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage network configurations to optimize performance.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Maintain network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for future reference.
- Provide support and guidance to junior network engineers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
