The team is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructures that support the organization's operations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network segments based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points, to ensure efficient data transmission and secure network communication.
- Monitor network performance and optimize configurations to enhance reliability and speed.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network design, implementation, and management.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs.
- Proficiency in configuring network devices from major vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar role.
