Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Netsuite solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs.
- Provide technical and functional support for Netsuite applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Design and execute training programs for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the Netsuite platform.
- Stay updated on Netsuite features and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Netsuite ERP, including both technical and functional aspects.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they integrate with technology solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and leading teams is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a techno-functional role, specifically with Netsuite.
